Additionally, our clinic has an HRV system (Heat Recovery Ventilation) which replaces the interior air every hour with filtered, clean fresh air. PRIOR TO ARRIVAL you must perform and pass the self-check and STAY HOME if having symptoms, even mild ones. Therapists must perform and pass the same self-check daily. You must confirm that you have not travelled outside of BC in 14 days. Health care worker clients in contact with Covid-19 patients must be assessed with a different survey. Providing treatment is at the RMT’s discretion. You must read and sign a new Informed Consent form and your verbal informed consent must be received and documented before every treatment.. You must understand that there is always a risk of transmission. You must wear a mask at all times in the clinic & arrive alone (unless client is a minor) at appt time -not early- and confirm you are Covid-19 symptom and risk free for mutual safety & trust moving forward. RMTs & clients must maintain 2m of physical distancing (unless in treatment room). You must sanitize hands upon arrival & departure from clinic. Tissues are available in reception, washroom & treatment rooms. We use paper towel or tissues as a barrier when contacting high touch surfaces. We disinfect all high touch surfaces at least three times daily. We disinfect treatment tables, adjustment levers and supplies between each appointment. All linens are single use & laundered in hot soapy water (including blankets and heating pad covers). The Good Ninas are working hard to keep everyone safe!
